Legal Opinion
REGULATORY PERIMETER
The Platform Is Built and Tested. Now We Need a Legal Opinion.
We are finalising development of KAELUM, an Agentic Ai-Native Commerce Currency. Customers buy KLM at a fixed £0.20, spend it with participating Merchants and Creators, and receive a minimum 6%+ discount when they do. It is not cryptocurrency, not blockchain and not a Tradable or Investment Asset. K.A.T.E. our Ai COO Governance Engine oversees every transaction.
We have designed KAELUM to start as a capped, curated network, which we consider falls within the limited network exclusion under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. The FCA rightly expects firms to take independent advice on where they sit, and that is the step I need to take next.
We are looking for a UK payments or e-money regulatory lawyer willing to review a short perimeter memo on a pro bono or “help a founder” basis. The memo is written; I need an expert eye on it.
In return: full credit as our regulatory adviser, a case study if you’d like one, and first refusal on the work as KAELUM grows.
If that is you, or you know who it should be, an email to info@kaelumtechnologies.com with the Subject: Legal Opinion and an introduction would mean a great deal.
KAELUM Technologies Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16681154). KLM Units are a Closed-Loop Commerce Currency and are not Crypto Assets, Securities, or Investment Instruments. This page is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or legal advice.
